Basic Difference Between Migration Certificate or Transfer Certificate in हिन्दी

नमस्कार।  माइग्रेशन तथा ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट में क्या अंतर होता है माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट:- माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट एक प्रकार की NOC होती है जो स्टूडेंट को ये राइट देती है कि वो इसको प्राप्त करने का बाद कहीं भी किसी भी यूनिवर्सिटी या बोर्ड में एडमिशन ले सकता है माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट बोर्ड या यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा निर्गत किया जाता है इसको कोई स्कूल या कॉलेज निर्गत नही कर सकता। बोर्ड द्वारा 10 th या 12 th के एग्जाम देने का बाद निर्गत किया जाता है और यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा यूनिवर्सिटी एग्जाम देने का बाद। माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त होने का या मतलब नही होता की स्टूडेंट न परीक्षा पास की है क्योंकि माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट सिर्फ एक NOC है जो स्टूडेंट को दूसरी जगह पर एडमिशन लेने के लिए राइट प्रदान करती है इस लिए इस पर स्टूडेंट की बहुत कम इनफार्मेशन होती है जैसे स्टूडेंट का नाम , स्टूडेंट का पिता का नाम , कोर्स का नाम और स्टूडेंट ने एग्जाम कब दिया, इस पर यह कहीं मेंशन नही होता कि स्टूडेंट पास हुआ या FAIL  बोर्ड तथा यूनिवर्सिटी के फॉरमेट अलग अलग हो सकते हैं।।       

   ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट:- ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट  तब निर्गत किया जाता है जब स्टूडेंट के  द्वार वो क्लास पास कर ली गयी हो ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट स्कूल या कॉलेज का द्वारा निर्गत किया जाता है इसमें बोर्ड तथा यूनिवर्सिटी का किसी प्रकार का हस्तक्षेप नही होता ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट स्कूल का प्रिंसिपल व कॉलेज के डिरेक्टर का द्वारा निर्गत किया जाता है ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट में स्टूडेंट की सारी जानकारियां लिखी होतीं हैं जैसे स्टूडेंट नाम , पिता का नाम , जन्म तिथि , क्लास जो पास की है, एडमिशन की तारीख, स्कूल में उपस्थिति की अंतिम तारीख

What is the difference between Migration and Transfer Certificate Migration Certificate: - Migration Certificate is a type of NOC which gives the right to the student that after obtaining it, he can take admission in any university or board anywhere, Migration Certificate Board Or is issued by the university, it cannot be issued by any school or college. It is issued by the board after giving the 10th or 12th exam and after giving the university exam by the university. Getting the migration certificate does not mean that the student has not passed the exam because the migration certificate is just a NOC which gives the right to the student to take admission in another place, so there is very little information of the student on it like student Name of the student, father's name, course name and when the student gave the exam, it is not mentioned anywhere whether the student passed or the format of FAIL board and university may be different. Transfer Certificate: - Transfer certificate is issued when the class has been passed by the student, transfer certificate is issued by the school or college, there is no interference of the board and the university, the transfer certificate is issued by the principal of the school and the school. It is issued by the director of the college, in the transfer certificate all the details of the student are written like student name, father's name, date of birth, class passed, date of admission, last date of attendance in school.
