अब जैसा कि आज का हमारा विषय है तकनीक का प्रयोग शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में तथा मानसिक विकास में । तो सबसे पहले हम यह समझने का पर्याश करेंगे कि तकनीकी क्या है।
अगर सरल शब्दों में कहें तो जो हमारे काम को सरल बनाये तथा हमे किसी चीज को सरल तरह से समझने में मदद करे वही तकनीकी है अब आप सोचेंगे कि अगर ऐसा है तो कोई भी मशीन जो हमारे काम को सरल बनाये वह तकनीक है जबकि ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है क्योंकि मशीन तकनीक का एक छोटा सा भाग है जबकि तकनीकी शब्द व तकनीकी दुनिया अपने आप मे बहुत बड़ी है। अगर तकनीकी की मूल परिभासा दी जायेगी तो वह कुछ इस प्रकार से होगी।
तकनीकी - तकनीकी व्यज्ञानिक सिद्धान्तों का व्यावहारिक उदेश्य में प्रयोग मात्र है
शिक्षा तकनीक - तकनीक का शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में प्रयोग करना ही शिक्षा तकनीक है। जिसकी मदद से हम शिक्षा को रूचिकर, आकर्षक व सरल बनाते हैं। इसमे हम कंप्यूटर ,मोबाइल व इंटरनेट का प्रयोग करते हैं । इसके अलावा हम शिक्षा के लिए जिन अलग अलग मेथडस का प्रयोग करते हैं वह भी एक प्रकार की शिक्षा तकनीक ही है। B.Ed कोर्स में पूरा पाठयक्रम ही मेथड बेस होता है जो कि शिक्षा तकनीक के अंतर्गत आता है।
शिक्षा में तकनीक के उपयोग से निम्न उध्येशों को पूर्ण किया जाता है।
1.शिक्षण प्रकिर्या को सरल बनाने हेतु।
2.शिक्षा को रुचिकर बनाने हेतु।
3. शिक्षण को प्रभावी बनाने हेतु।
4. शिक्षण को स्थायी बनाने हेतु।
5. ज्ञान का संचय व प्रसार करने हेतु।
6. समय व ऊर्जा की बचत करने हेतु।
शेक्षिक तकनीकी में पूरी तरह से व्यवहारिक ज्ञान पर जोर दिया जाता है । छात्रों को प्रैक्टिकल कर के दिखाने व छात्रों को वीडियो तथा ऑडियों के माध्यम से समझाने पर ध्यान दिया जाता है जैसा कि मेरे इस से पूर्व के ब्लॉग में मेरे द्वारा नई शिक्षा नीति में बताया गया है। वह नीति पूरी तरह से शिक्षा तकनीक पर ही आधारित है।
शिक्षा तकनीक निरंतर विकाशसिल तकनीक है जिसमे हर रोज़ नए आयाम आते है। जैसे पूर्व के समय मे हम मैथ्स जैसे विषयों को समझने का लिए अबेसकैस का प्रयोग करते थे। तथा आज के समय में हम कम्प्यूटर मोबाइल व इंटरनेट का प्रयोग करते हैं जबकि वर्तमान समय की बात की जाए तो हम ऑनलाइन कक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए हमें andriod ऍप्लिकेशन्स का प्रयोग करते हैं जैसे- google meet, Zoom classes आदि।
अब हम बात करेंगे तकनीक शिक्षा से मानसिक विकाश कैसे क्योंकि अगर हम शेक्षिक तकनीक के बारे में ही बात करते रहेंगे तो जैसा की मेरे द्वरा पहले कहा गया है की शेक्षिक तकनीक अपने आप मे बहुत बड़ा विषय है। जिसे एक ब्लॉग में समझना आसान नही है। मेरे बीएड के मित्र इस बात को समझते हैं इस लिए मेरे द्वारा पूरे शेक्षिक तकनीक पर एक रोशनी मात्र (बेसिक ज्ञान देने) डालने का पर्याश किया गया है
तकनीक शिक्षा से मानसिक विकाश (बौद्धिक विकाश)
तकनीकी शिक्षा से मानसिक विकाश बच्चे के जन्म के बहुत बाद का विषय है। क्योंकि जब बच्चे का जन्म होता है तो वह मानसिक रूप से कोरे कागज के समान होता है । तथा वह तीन तरह से ज्ञान प्राप्त करता है
1. जन्मजात
2. वंशक्रम
3. वातावरण
तथा बालक में 3 वर्ष की आयु तक 50% बुद्धि का विकाश हो जाता है। तथा आगे का ज्ञान बालक द्वारा स्कूल में लिया जाता है। जिससे 100% बुद्धि का विकाश होता है।
तो यह कहना कि तकनीकी शिक्षा से मानसिक विकास होता है। यह पूर्ण सत्य नही है तकनीकी शिक्षा सिर्फ शिक्षा को सरल तरीके से बालक तक पहुचना है। या बालक को समझने के प्रयोग में आती है। क्योंकि 50% विकाश बालक का बाल्यकाल में ही हो जाता है । तथा बाकी बचा 50% विकाश बालक का चिंतन तहत अनुभव से होता है
निष्कर्ष :- तकनीकी शिक्षा सिर्फ शिक्षा को सरल व रुचिकर बना कर एक सरल माध्यम से छात्र तक पहुँचाने का साधन है इस से छात्र चीजो को आसानी से समझ कर चिंतन कर सकता है तथा बुद्धि का विकास कर सकता है। पर यह कहना गलत होगा कि तकनीकी शिक्षा सीधे रूप से छात्र का मानसिक विकाश करती है
तकनीकी शिक्ष छात्र का मानसिक विकाश में सहायक है परंतु परोक्ष रूप से।

Hello. Today we will talk about the use of technology in the field of education and mental development.
Now as our topic of today is the use of technology in the field of education and in mental development. So first of all we will try to understand what is technical.
If put in simple words, that which makes our work easy and helps us to understand something in a simple way, that is technology, now you will think that if it is so, then any machine which makes our work easy is technology, whereas it is absolutely so. No because machine is a small part of technology whereas technical term and technical world is very big in itself. If the basic definition of technology is given, it will be something like this.
Techno-Technological principles are only used for practical purposes.
Education technology - The use of technology in the field of education is education technology. With the help of which we make education interesting, attractive and easy. In this we use computer, mobile and internet. Apart from this, the different methods we use for education are also one type of education technology. In B.Ed course, the entire course is the method base which comes under education technology.
The following objectives are fulfilled by the use of technology in education.
1. To simplify the teaching process.
2. To make education interesting.
3. To make teaching effective.
4. To make teaching permanent.
5. To accumulate and disseminate knowledge.
6. To save time and energy.
In educational technology, the emphasis is completely on practical knowledge. Attention is given to show the students practical and to explain to the students through video and audio as explained by me in the new education policy in my earlier blog. That policy is completely based on education technology.
Education technology is a constantly evolving technology, in which new dimensions come every day. Like in the past, we used to use abacus to understand subjects like maths. And in today's time we use computer, mobile and internet, whereas in the present time, we use android applications like google meet, zoom classes etc. to participate in online classes.
Now we will talk about how to develop mental from technical education, because if we keep talking about educational technology only, then as I have said earlier, educational technology is a very big topic in itself. Which is not easy to understand in a blog. My BEd friends understand this, so I have tried to throw a light on the whole educational technology (giving basic knowledge).
Mental development due to technical education (intellectual development)
Mental development from technical education is a matter long after the birth of the child. Because when a child is born, he is mentally like a blank paper. And he acquires knowledge in three ways
1. Congenital
2. Lineage
3. Environment
And by the age of 3 years, 50% of the intelligence in the child is developed. And further knowledge is taken by the child in the school. Due to which 100% intelligence develops.
So to say that technical education leads to mental development. This is not an absolute truth, technical education is just to make education reach the child in a simple way. Or is used to understand the child. Because 50% of the development of the child takes place in childhood itself. And the remaining 50% development comes from the experience of the child under contemplation.
Conclusion: - Technical education is only a means of making education simple and interesting and reaching the student through a simple medium, by this the student can understand things easily and think and develop intellect. But it would be wrong to say that technical education directly develops the mental development of the student.
Technical education is helpful in the mental development of the student but indirectly.
