दोस्तों जब आप अपनी स्नातक या परास्नातक की शिक्षा पूर्ण कर लेते हैं। तब विश्वविद्याय द्वारा आपको अंकतालिका और उपाधि प्रदान की जाती है।
इसके उपरांत आपको अगर विदेश से आगे की शिक्षा प्राप्त करनी होती है तो सबसे पहले आपको अपने दशतावेजो का ECA करवाना होता है।
दस्तावेजों का ECA निम्न कार्यों के लिए करवाया जाता है।

ECA - Education Credential Assessment एक शैक्षिक क्रेडेंशियल मूल्यांकन (ईसीए) का उपयोग यह सत्यापित करने के लिए किया जाता है कि आपकी डिग्री, प्रमाण पत्र (या आपके क्रेडेंशियल का अन्य प्रमाण) वैध है।
इस को करने के लिए वर्तमान समय मे 5 (पांच ) एजेंसी सेवा प्रदान करती हैं जिनके नाम इस प्रकार हैं।
1. WES - World Education Services
2. IQAS - International Qualification Assesment services
3. CES - Comparative Education Service
4. ICAS - International Credential Assessment Service
5. ICES - International Credential Evaluation
नोट : IQAS द्वारा 19 नवंबर 2020 से ECA के आवेदन स्वीकार नही किये जा रहे हैं। IQAS का उपयोग ECA हेतु ज्यादातर फार्मासिस्ट या ब.फार्म किये छात्रों द्वारा किया जाता हैं।
ऊपर लिखी सभी सर्विसेज में से सबसे तेज़ व जल्दी वरीफिकेशन के कार्य को पूर्ण WES सर्विस करती है। हम इस ब्लॉग में WES सर्विस के बारे मे ही बात करेंगे।
WES में आवेदन करने के लिए आपके पास अपनी मार्कशीट की फ़ोटो कॉपी ही पर्याप्त होती है। WES आवेदन करने के बाद आपको एक WES रेफ्रेंस नबर तथा एक एड्रेस प्राप्त होता है।
इसके बाद आपको WES आवेदन का एक पूरा भरा गया प्रिंटआउट व सभी मार्कशीट व डिग्री की फ़ोटो कॉपी व ट्रांस्क्रिप्ट अप्लाई फॉर्म भर कर आपको अपने विश्विद्यालय में जमा करना होता है जिस विश्वविद्यालय से अपने शिक्षा प्राप्त की है। इसकी फीस सभी विश्वविद्यालयों में अलग - अलग होती है
जो 1500 रु से 2500 रु तक होती है उसके बाद यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा आपकी ट्रांस्क्रिप्ट प्रिंट की जाती है व आपको पूर्व में निर्गत की गई डिग्री को वेरीफाई कर के आपके द्वारा दिया गया WES के आवेदन को वेरीफाई करने के पश्चात एक बन्द लिफाफे में WES आवेदन में दिए गए पते(Adress) पर अपनी यूनिवर्सिटी की डाक (UNIVERSITY PIN CODE) द्वारा निर्गत किया जाता है अगर यूनिवर्सिटी पिन कोड तथा यूनिवर्सिटी के पते में किसी प्रकार की भिन्ता होती है तो आपका आवेदन निरस्त हो सकता है।
नोट : ECA के आवदेन करने से पूर्व अपकी डिग्री विश्वविद्याय द्वारा निर्गत होनी आवश्यक है।
विश्वविद्याय में ट्रांस्क्रिप्ट बनने व पोस्ट का समय अगर अलग कर दें तो वर्ल्ड एजुकेशन सर्विसेज (WES) मूल्यांकन के लिए अधिकतम समय उस दिन से लगभग सात (7) व्यावसायिक दिन है जब WES के द्वारा आपका पूर्ण आवेदन (सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों, जानकारी और शुल्क के पूर्ण भुगतान सहित) प्राप्त किया जाता है और आंतरिक कार्य लिए लिया जाता है।

After this, if you want to get further education from abroad, then first of all you have to get the ECA of the coming documents.

ECA - Education Credential Assessment An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is used to verify that your degree, certificate (or other proof of your credential) is valid.
To do this, at present 5 (five) agencies provide service, whose names are.

Note: ECA applications are not being accepted by IQAS from 19 November 2020. IQAS is mostly used by Pharmacist or B.Pharm students for ECA.
Out of all the above mentioned services, the complete WES service does the job of quickest and fastest verification. In this blog we will talk about WES service only.
To apply in WES, it is enough for you to have a photocopy of your mark sheet. After applying for WES, you get a WES reference number and an address.
After this, you have to submit a completed printout of the WES application and photocopy of all marksheets and transcript application form and submit it to your university from which you have received your education. Its fees vary from university to university.
Which ranges from Rs 1500 to Rs 2500, after that your transcript is printed by the university and after verifying the application of WES given by you, in a closed envelope, post your university to the address given in the WES application. (UNIVERSITY PIN CODE) If there is any discrepancy between the University PIN Code and the University Address, then your application may be canceled.
The maximum time for World Education Services (WES) assessment, excluding transcript generation and posting time at university, is approximately seven (7) business days from the day that your completed application (all required documents, information and fees) through WES including full payment of Rs.
