DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEGREE, DIPLOMA AND CERTIFICATE COURSES in हिंदी

भारत में आज भी यही सोच या तरीका है कि कोई भी  चार साल की ,तीन साल व पांच साल का डिग्री कोर्स हासिल करना  तथा उस के बाद नौकरी के लिए अप्लाई करना व जिस फील्ड में डिग्री ली है उस फील्ड में ही अपने को सीमित रखना । लेकिन  आज के समय मे जब  Corona virusकी वजह से बहुत से सेक्टर्स बंद हुए तथा नए सेक्टर्स ने जन्म लिया जैसे कि PPE किट FACE MASK SHIELD, सेक्टर्स CORONA VIRUS महामारी से पहले हम मै से  ज्यादातर लोगों ने इन चीजों का नाम तक नही सुना था। पर आज के समय मे ये एक नए उद्योग की तरह उभरा है । आज के समय में लोग पहले की तुलना में अधिक बार नौकरी और करियर बदलते हैं, तो क्या चार साल की डिग्री या तीन साल की डिग्री इसके लायक है? 

क्या होगा अगर  यदि आप पहले से ही एक कैरिअर फील्ड में हैं और यह बदलाव का समय है? चार साल की डिग्री हमेशा एक विकल्प होता है, लेकिन  डिग्री के साथ-साथ, प्रमाण पत्र और डिप्लोमा भी होते हैं जो मूल्यवान हो सकते हैं - और यह आपके लिए नए रास्ते खोल देते हैं।

डिग्री, सर्टिफिकेट और डिप्लोमा के बीच सबसे बड़ा अंतर उन्हें प्राप्त करने  में लगने वाला समय है। डिग्री कई प्रकार की होती है जैसे स्नातक, मास्टर या डॉक्टरेट और भी हो सकती है। किसी भी डिग्री में दो से चार साल या उससे अधिक का समय लगता है।

सर्टिफिकेट प्रोग्राम में वर्षों  के बजाय महीनों का समय लगता है, और कुछ सर्टिफिकेट्स को डिग्री प्रोग्राम के साथ भी प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

एक डिग्री क्या है?

डिग्री एक सबसे अच्छा  शिक्षा का  विकल्प है जहां आप अपने केरियर के लिए प्रमुख विषय  क्षेत्र को चुनते हैं। हालांकि, आपके प्रमुख  विषय के अलावा भी आपको अंग्रेजी, इतिहास, गणित और अन्य विषयों जैसी सामान्य कक्षाओं को भी पड़ना  होगा। यह एक प्रकार से स्टूडेंट को संपूर्ण ज्ञान देने जैसा है

डिग्री के लिए क्या आवश्यकताएं हैं?

आप स्नातक की डिग्री के लिए तभी आवेदन कर सकते हैं जब आप 12 बारहवीं / समकक्ष पास हो गए हों   अलग अलग स्नातक डिग्री के लिए अलग अलग मापदंड होते हैं परंतु ज्यातर डिग्री कोर्स के लिए 12th में 45% परसेंटेज से ऊपर की ही मांग की जाती है

डिग्री कोर्स का लिए आपके पास छात्र के रूप में लगभग चार  वर्षों के समय होना आवश्यक है। 

एक मास्टर डिग्री आमतौर पर स्नातक में Pass  होने के बाद कि जातीं है  और इसे अर्जित करने में नियुनतम दो साल तक का समय  लगता है  एक डॉक्टरेट कार्यक्रम आमतौर पर आपके द्वारा परास्नातक अर्जित करने के बाद शुरू होता है और कुछ वर्षों तक बढ़ सकता है। सटीक समय, अवधि ,कार्यक्रम और अध्ययन के क्षेत्र के आधार पर भिन्न होती है।

डिग्री के फायदे और नुकसान क्या हैं?

डिग्री का एक फायदा यह है कि कई कंपनी तथा इंडस्ट्री  को अक्सर एक की प्रकार डिग्री किये हुए लोगों की आवश्यकता होती है,  भले ही आपके specialization अलग प्रकार का भी हो जैसे कि होटल इंडस्ट्री  में ज्यादातर सभी होटल मैनेजमेंट किये लोगों की जरूरत होती है भले ही आप का फील्ड production हो या Accommadation हो या SERVICE हो। 

डिग्री करने वाले ज्यादातर छात्रों मे सयंम  का भाव अपने आप उत्पन्न हो जाता है, जो नौकरी के बाजार में फायदेमंद होता है और इसको कई कंपनियां प्राथमिकता भी देती हैं। इस लिए ज्यादातर कपनी / इंडस्ट्रीस डिग्री कोर्स किये हुए लोगों की डिमांड करती हैं

डिग्री अर्जित करने के अन्य लाभों में शामिल हैं:

उच्च वेतन अर्जित करने की बेहतर संभावना। एक  डिग्री के साथ, आप केवल एक हाई स्कूल डिप्लोमा की तुलना में प्रति वर्ष लगभग रुपये 20,000 अधिक कमा सकते हैं।

डिग्री में व्यक्ति महत्वपूर्ण सोच और विश्लेषण जैसे अतिरिक्त कौशल सीखता है

डिग्री प्रोग्राम को देखते समय कुछ नुकसान लागत और इसे पूरा करने में लगने वाले समय हैं। भले ही अधिकांश संस्थान किसी न किसी प्रकार की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करते हैं, फिर भी डिग्री उच्च शिक्षा का सबसे महंगा रूप हो सकता है। वे आमतौर पर पूरा होने में सबसे लंबा समय लेते हैं और इसलिए एक महत्वपूर्ण समय की आवश्यकता होती है। 

डिग्री कोर्सेज प्राइवेट तथा गवर्मेंट विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा करवाये जाते हैं।

डिप्लोमा कोर्स 

डिप्लोमा कोर्स भी नौकरी पाने का एक अच्छा विकल्प है डिप्लोमा कोर्स   करने मे लगने वाला समय  सभी बोर्ड तथा विश्वविद्यालय अलग अलग होता है ज्यादातर डिप्लोमा कोर्सेज 1 से 3 साल तक के होते हैं डिप्लोमा कोर्स का एक सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह होता है कि इसमें स्टूडेंट को सभी विषयों को नही पड़ना होता। डिप्लोमा कोर्स का प्रथम उदेश्य यह है कि स्टूडेंट को कम समय मे किसी एक विषय मे ज्यादा से ज्यादा ज्ञान देना तथा ज्यादातर डिप्लोमा कोर्स टेक्निकल technical फील्ड में करवाये जाते हैं  डिप्लोमा कोर्स बोर्ड ऑफ टेक्निकल एजुकेशन द्वारा पूरे भारत मे करवाये जाते हैं

सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स 

सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स करने में आमतोर पर 1 साल  व उस से कम का ही समय लगता है जो की जल्दी  नौकरी पाने का एक अच्छा विकल्प है परंतु सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स सभी इंडस्ट्री में मान्य नही होते है अपनी छोटी शुरुआत के लिए सुटुडेन्ट इसे कर सकता है जिस करने से स्टूडेंट को अनुभव प्राप्त होता है।

इस लिए मेरे अनुसार यह सिर्फ मेरा  सोचना है कि स्टूडेंट को डिग्री के साथ साथ एक डिप्लोमा या एक सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स भी करना चाहिए। जो अलग अलग फील्ड का हो मतलब जिस स्टूडेंट ने B.TECH डिग्री कोर्स  किया है तो वह स्टूडेंट एक होटल मैनेजमेंट सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स भी कर सकता है। और जिस स्टूडेंट ने होटल मैनजमेंट किया है वह एक कंप्यूटर सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स भी कर सकता है ताकि कोरोना जैसी महामारी में आप किसी भी फील्ड को अपना सकें

निष्कर्ष

डिग्री - डिग्री कोर्स में समय जरूर लगता है परंतु अच्छा व्यक्तित्व और  स्थिरता प्रदान करता है 

डिप्लोमा - डिप्लोमा कोर्स आपके लिए नए आयाम खोलता है। व आपको तकनीकी शिक्षा प्रदान करता है।

सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स - सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स शुरुवात करने के लिए बहुत अच्छा है व एक बैकअप की तरह काम करता है।

Even today in India the same thinking or method is that to get any four year, three year and five year degree course and after that apply for job and limit yourself in the field in which you have taken degree. . Diploma course is also a good option to get a job. The time taken to do diploma course is different for all boards and universities, most of the diploma courses are from 1 to 3 years. Not all subjects have to be covered. The first objective of the diploma course is to give maximum knowledge to the student in any one subject in a short time and most of the diploma courses are conducted in the technical field. Diploma courses are conducted by the Board of Technical Education all over India.

It usually takes only 1 year and less to do a certificate course, which is a good option to get a job quickly, but certificate courses are not valid in all industries, for their small start, Sutudent can do it, by which Student gets experience.

So according to me it is only my thinking that student should do a diploma or a certificate course along with degree. Which means different fields, means the student who has done B.TECH degree course, then that student can also do a hotel management certificate course. And the student who has done hotel management can also do a computer certificate course so that you can adopt any field in an epidemic like corona.
